Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern your purchase and use of LIFE OS — a Notion template plus an AI personalisation service — operated by LIFE OS(“we”, “us”). By buying or using LIFE OS, you agree to these terms.
If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. What you’re buying
LIFE OS is a one-time purchase. For your fee you receive:
- A licence to use the LIFE OS Notion template in your own Notion workspace
- A one-time run of the personalisation wizard, which rewrites every SOP page in the duplicated template using answers you provide
- Reasonable email support at mylifeos.uk
What you don’t receive:
- Hosting of your data — your LIFE OS lives in your Notion workspace
- Ongoing AI model usage — the wizard runs once at setup; ongoing usage is via your own Notion AI plan
- A guarantee of any specific business outcome
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout.
- The fee is one-time. There is no recurring subscription unless explicitly stated at purchase.
- Promotional codes (e.g. launch pricing) are valid for a limited time and quantity at our discretion.
4. Refunds
By purchasing LIFE OS and starting the setup wizard, you agree that the digital service is delivered immediately and you waive your usual UK 14-day cooling-off period for digital content (in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37(1)(a)).
That said, our practical policy: if the wizard hasn’t run yet, or if it failed for technical reasons we couldn’t resolve within 7 days, email us and we’ll refund you in full.

5. Your account and Notion connection
You’re responsible for:
- Keeping your Notion login secure
- The pages you choose to grant LIFE OS access to during OAuth
- Anything that happens in your Notion workspace under your authorisation
You can revoke our access at any time in your Notion settings (Settings → Connections → LIFE OS → Disconnect). Doing so will not affect content already written to your workspace, but you will need to re-authorise to use the wizard again.
6. Acceptable use
You may use LIFE OS for any lawful personal or business purpose. You may not:
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the LIFE OS template or any of its SOP content
- Use the service to harm, harass, or impersonate others
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary prompts
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or our payment system
- Submit content that violates law (illegal material, infringing material, etc.)
We reserve the right to terminate access for material breaches.
7. Intellectual property
- The LIFE OS template structure, SOPs, prompts, and copy are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.
- The personalised SOPs the wizard writes into your Notion are yours to edit, share within your team, and adapt for your own use.
- Anything you type into the wizard (your name, priorities, phrasing, etc.) remains yours. We make no claim to it.
- “LIFE OS”, the orb mark, and mylifeos.uk are our marks. Don’t use them in ways that imply endorsement we haven’t given.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim for the wizard to be available whenever you want to run it, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may update the template, the wizard, or these terms over time. For material changes to terms, we’ll email customers of record.
If a third-party service we depend on (Notion, Anthropic, Stripe) has an outage, the wizard may temporarily fail. We’ll let you re-run it once the outage clears.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by UK law:
- We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost time, or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of LIFE OS is capped at the amount you paid us for it.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You can stop using LIFE OS at any time — just disconnect our integration in Notion. You don’t need to tell us.
We can terminate your access if you materially breach these terms (Section 6). We’ll email you first where possible.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that consumers retain any rights they have to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
